Under the development goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutral",the cement production industry needs to continuously improve the production technology of low-carbon cement and improve the control effect of energy consumption.As a key equipment in modern cement production,grate cooler’s optimal operation control has been widely concerned,especially the control problem of matching thermal efficiency with operating state needs to be solved urgently.In the new dry cement clinker production system,the research on energy conversion mechanism of grate cooler,operation state and thermal efficiency matching,pressure setting under grate and grate rate control method was carried out as follows:1.According to the technological process of cement industry production,the development and working principle of grate cooler are understood.Taking the optimal thermal efficiency as the objective of control system optimization of grate coolers,an optimization scheme of grate coolers control system was established,which was divided into two parts: grate pressure setting system constrained by thermal efficiency and grate pressure automatic control system of grate coolers.2.Establish the pressure setting system under the grate.Based on the coupling relationship between the clinker temperature,operation state and other variables in the production cooling process,the main factors affecting the thermal efficiency and the relationship between operation state and thermal efficiency are determined,and the operation state of the grate cooler is divided.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of K-means clustering algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,an improved K-means clustering algorithm based on particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed.The algorithm was used to process the data and divide the running state.Through recursive optimization,the grate pressure setting values under different operating states were determined with the optimal thermal efficiency as the constraint,and the reasoning mechanism was formed,thus providing support for grate pressure control.3.Design the grate pressure control system.In the control of the main use of multi-module control,the self-adaptive particle swarm into the main control module,the PID parameter tuning optimization,at the same time to add the auxiliary controller to the control effect for further auxiliary correction,to achieve a good control effect.4.Design control system software based on grate cooler thermal efficiency optimization.To achieve the purpose of grate cooler data acquisition,monitoring and man-machine interaction.
