Today,environmental pollution is the most serious problem faced by the survival and development of human society.Furthermore,air pollution is one of the important issues of environmental pollution.In environmental pollution,the control and governance of SO2 and NOx in the coal-fired flue gas are the most important tasks for air pollution in urgent need of control and solve.Now,most of the technologies that are being used in the process of desulfurization and denitrification have a lot of problems.For example,limestone-gypsum desulfurization is not very efficient,and the resulting products are very difficult to deal with.The SCR method is the use of ammonia as a reduction gas,which is difficult to transport,and has some problems with secondary pollution and tedious process.Because the technique device of removing sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides is tedious,the area is larger and the cost of investment is higher.At home and abroad,to develop a technology which has a simple process,low running cost,higher performance and removes sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides is regarded as the new research trend of the development of coal gas management in the future.Through the analysis of the process of desulfurization and denitrification of gas,the research is to use technology which applies the combination of strong alkali liquid and Strong oxidation liquid to absorb coal smoke and remove sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in the area of atmospheric governance.The technology uses the series combination of strong alkali and strong oxidizer to absorb the nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide in coal smoke.The process can effectively remove two kinds of pollutants in two tandem absorbing reactors at the same time under normal pressure and temperature.The rate of desulfurization can reach 99%,and the efficiency of removing nitrogen oxides can be around 85%.It fully meets the latest national standards for flue gases.The equipment is simple,easy to operate,the cost is low,and the area is small,so the technology has the better theoretical meaning and the application,promotion prospect.
