The traditional knitting equipment in the weaving process using mechanical needle selection principle,which makes selecting mechanism and weaving mechanism have impact and friction during the mechanical action,so in the existing mechanical jacquard circular knitting machine to further improve the efficiency will be limited.This paper presents a magnetic drive needle principle mode,achieving " the power generation machine " and " zero transmission" knitting model,from the technological principle to eliminate the influence of mechanical structure of the rigid contact,impact and friction etc.This paper is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51305309),based on the principle of magnetic driven knitting,carrying out research for the key technologies of circular knitting machine,The main research contents are as follows :Analysing the driving force model of the driving needle,building magnetic drive model,through numerical calculation and experimental measurement to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical derivation;building relationship between coil structure and magnetic coupling model,analysing the princeple of magnetic force distribution under different driving structure;through the genetic algorithm,combined with the Monte Carlo method to optimize the driving sizes and structure,and using numerical calculation with the finite element calculation proves the rationality of the optimized driving structure.Using high magnetic cylinder wall bound drive assembly field,solving the magnetic field coupling problem between drive assemblies,through the magnetic circuit analysis shows that the mechanism of high magnetic cylinder wall,analyzed the high magnetic cylinder wall effect on magnetic force distribution,and put forward the solution,also through the finite element simulation verifies the feasibility of the solution.This paper built a high-speed maglev knitting experimental platform and experimental prototype,through debugging the experimental prototype prove that the magnetic levitation drive needle principle,theoretical analysis and design method are in line with the performance requirements of circular knitting machine,for the further practical development of magnetic levitation driven circular knitting machine provides technical.
