As the blood of modern industry,oil plays an important role in the long-term development of China’s economy.It is inevitable that there will be an accident,which will seriously affect the ecological environment of the sea and indirectly affect the health of human beings when oil is exploited and transported on the sea.Once the oil leakage occurs,it will be difficult to deal with a large area of polluted water,so it is of great significance to protect the safety of the marine ecological environment with real-time online monitoring.On the other hand,the method of the traditional laboratory electrochemical analysis and satellite remote sensing can’t realize the real-time and dynamic monitoring of the oil leakage.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the field rapid detection technology to develop contingency plans and reduce losses.The use of optical means to monitor the marine oil leakage has the advantages of non-marking,real-time dynamic,efficient and convenient.In this paper,the use of metal waveguide capillary can greatly improve the detection accuracy.Based on this,this paper developed a set of wireless network system for oil leakage monitoring.First of all,the status quo of oil pollution and the current situation of the domestic and international oil monitoring methods are investigated in detail.On the basis of studying the structure and principle of the optical sensing unit,the whole structure of the wireless network system for oil leakage monitoring is put forward,and the working principle of the system is described.Secondly,with the modular design method,hardware design of wireless sensor nodes,including microprocessor module,clock module,data storage module,power management module,wireless communication module and the GPRS module design and integration.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the nodes,the embedded software design of the node is realized including the development of communication protocol.At the same time,the embedded signal extraction algorithm of the host computer software is designed,which includes the basic settings,data display,data export,and data analysis.Finally,the system was validated with red ink and oil.The study shows that the optical unit wireless network system used in oil leakage monitoring can monitor the oil leakage events in real time and dynamics.The system has the advantages of low cost,low power consumption,convenient layout,high precision and so on.The detection accuracy of oil is 1.28×10-8 g/ml,which has a good application prospect and practical value in the field of oil monitoring.
