PVC(Polyvinyl chloride)as one of general resin materials,has been widely used,but cannot be used in strong ultraviolet region for a long time.Throughout the development of domestic PVC market in recent years,conbine strong ultraviolet environment in Qinghai,with polyvinyl chloride(PVC)as the research object,according to the mechanism of aging,choose suitable ultraviolet screening agent,namely nanometer titanium dioxide,developed and studied ultraviolet resistant PVC material for plateau.This article studied PVC from the perspective of theory and application,in order to improve the uv resistance of PVC.Surface modified the ultraviolet screening agent titanium dioxide by silane coupling agent KH570 compounded with different organic,chose the relative optimum composite modifier.The modification effect of compound modifier was also influenced by different factors at the same time,such as the dosage of the composite modifier and the condition of reaction and so on,generally these factors was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Plateau ultraviolet resistant PVC materials commonly used in outdoor,and given priority to with hard material,uv resistance and mechanical properties of rigid PVC materials are influenced by material molding temperature,in order to get excellent performance of plateau ultraviolet resistant PVC hard material,nanometer calcium carbonate were added as toughening reinforcing agent,compound of modified nano titanium dioxide as ultraviolet screening agent,studied molding temperature and adding amounts of nanoparticles on the influence of material properties.The surface of PVC material had the most vulnerable by uv radiation,was the main reason of material aging,if the PVC material surface coated with a pyknic anti uv protection layer,It can slow down the ageing process of PVC material by prevent the ultraviolet radiation shine to the surface of PVC material.The compound coating with high anti uv property was prepared by modified nano titanium dioxide as ultraviolet screening agent,studied the influence the modified nano titanium dioxide and adding amount to the uv resistance of PVC material.
