In the brewing process of Fen wine,distiller's yeast is very important.distiller's yeast making machine is very important.Mechanization of the production of distiller's yeast has a lot of advantages which artificial music can not be compared with such as high productivity,the good conditions of workshop,low production costs which results the replacement of the artificial distiller's yeast making.But there are also some problems such as longitudinal cutting surface of each layer of compact inconsistencies,equipment maintenance rate is high,serious waste of water resources,the too large pulsation of hydraulic system.these defects seriously hampered the production efficiency of the major liquor companies.therefore,firstly According to the defects of distiller's yeast making machine,optimizing the structure of distiller's yeast making machine;then designing the servo hydraulic circuit;The mathematical model of the absorber pulsating loop system and the servo valve controlled hydraulic cylinder system is established;when distiller's yeast making machine is in normal operation,the deducing accumulator pressure pulse transfer function and the transfer function of the servo valve control hydraulic cylinder;using MATLAB software to draw the system in the unit step response curve of the signal and the Time domain and frequency domain of transfer function of the hydraulic cylinder system is analyzed in the paper.because the system can be simplified as two order damping system and there is no overshoot so stability is good but the response speed is not up to the design requirements.so introduce the PID controller in the system to correct the system to ensure that the key indicators of the system meets the requirements of the production site.In order to verify the accuracy of the modeling and calibration results,the simulation platform is built in the AMESim software and the simulation results show that the introduction of the PID controller and the accumulator is significant to improve the hydraulic system.In order to further test the stability of the optimized equipment in the field,the experimental platform was built in the field,and the optimized equipment was tested;use the Hydrotechnik Multi-System 5060 multimeter to test hydraulic pressure and flow of hydraulic system and use TYPE6230 noise detector to detect noise;The speed and displacement of the hydraulic cylinder are detected by speed and displacement sensors.According to the comparison between the test results and the simulation results,it can be seen that the optimization of the multi-point continuous distiller's yeast making machine is reasonable,and it can completely meet the requirements of the process...
