CNG spinning machine is the main equipment in today’s production of CNG cylinders. Using the spinning technology of closed bottom and convergent on both ends of the pipe, fundamentally eliminates the old-fashioned way of subsection welding the weld quality is not stable, stress concentration, low intensity, improves the cylinder of air tightness and compressive ability, but also improves the production efficiency, reduces the production cost.This topic comes from a CNG hot spinning machine factory "425 model of the CNG spinning machine optimized transformation" project in Dalian. The factory independently designs and develops manufacturing spinning machine equipment. The equipment has a compact structure, advantages of products of good quality and high degree of automation.The equipment keeps the domestic leading position in the technical level of similar products. In order to further improve the quality of products, solve the problems existing in process of use, in this paper, for the 425 type CNG hot spinning machine to do the following research:1、The design of machinery structure and the reformingAccording to the customer feedback information after long-term use, to transform the heating feeding device, positioning device,turning device, positioning device and after loading device. The purpose is to solve the problems of the spinning machine existing in process of use, optimize the performance of the equipment. Retrofit scheme is as follows:(1) Strengthen the overall structure of the heating feeding device, by using wheel instead of linear guide rail to drive the electromagnet, increased the function of the location of the equipment adjustment.(2) Design the pneumatic manipulator device used instead of the original device.(3) Strengthen the structure strength of weak parts of after loading device, and redesign the structure of disc spring cylinder.(4) Changed the connection form between stent and cantilever bracket in turning device, redesign position control structure of turning device, strengthen the cantilever structure of cantilever bracket.2、The machine and hydraulic joint simulation analysis for mould device of the spinning machineMould device is a key part of the spinning equipment, Its working state will directly affect the quality of the produce cylinders. When the device is working, the movement of the wheel track is made up of the linear motion of the moving platform and the fixed axis swing of the working platform. So these two kinds of sports directly affect the final spinning effect. And because the working force of the moving platform is more complex and more difficult than the working platform to use the general form of simulation analysis, so the machine and hydraulic joint simulation analysis is adopted. Simulation based on the mould device, the use of 3D graphics software Solidworks, dynamics analysis software Adams, and the system simulation software MATLAB/Simulink, mould device of combined simulation model is established. Finally be trajectory simulation curve of sliding platform work and theoretical analysis.
