| Flying shear is more common in the industrial production,mainly used to cut iron,steel,paper and other materials quickly.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,and the progress of light and heavy industry,flying shear of technology put forward higher requirements in the production,hoping to control the running track of flying shear with more efficient microcontrollers,which can reduce the cost of production and improve production efficiency,and keep a high degree of accuracy at the same time.In this context,this paper put ST’STM32F405ZG micro-control chip as the core,studies and realizes the flying scissor servo system based on ARM.In this paper analysis the model of vector control at first,and then introduces the hardware and software platforms needed by the vector control model respectively.According to the performance of the ARM platform,the CPU load rate is used as the index to measure,the CPU load rate graphs of the control modules at different PWM frequencies and the CPU load rate graphs of the vector control algorithms in different memory are plotted respectively.Then,the rotary flying shears is taken as the research object,and studies the trajectory algorithm of the flying shear.The mathematical model is established for the synchronization area and the non-synchronization area respectively,then obtains the algorithm relations,and the curve simulation is carried out by Matlab.Then introduces the general structure of the flying shear servo system,and carries out the hardware and software design.The realization process of the flying shear servo system is described by flow chart.Finally,sets up the experimental environment to verify the rationality of the design of the flying shear servo system and the accuracy of the position control by analyzing and comparing the actual measurement position of the motor with the different K value and the simulation position of the Matlab curve.This paper designs and develops the ARM-based flying shear servo system with realistic feasibility and usability,which provides an effective and feasible solution for the development of the flying scissor servo system based on ARM. |
