A Study On The Classification Model Of Community Garbage In The Main City Of Chongqing

With the rapid development of our society and economy,increasing the output of municipal solid waste garbage composition is complicated,easy to cause harm to the urban environment and urban residents healthy body,and "garbage siege" problem that nots allow to ignore.Promoting garbage classification to break through the municipal solid waste management difficulties,reducing environmental pollution and energy shortage problem,the improvement of city image and improve the living environment is of great significance.Despite the many benefits they sort the garbage,but because our country starts late,until now still didn't succeed demonstration pilot cities,copying foreign classification model is not feasible,and the suitable for the garbage classification model of China still needs to explore.This study takes Yuzhong district as an example,the first survey of Chongqing City MSW status and classification;and through field visits and questionnaire survey,research on the driving force of the existing renewable resource recycling economy mode;then through the questionnaire analysis,found the problem existing garbage classification system exist and find solutions;finally put forward a new garbage classification model,and through the garbage classification demonstration project in Yuzhong District of Chongqing City,established a complete garbage collection system,provides a valuable reference for the urban area of Chongqing city garbage classification.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Through the garbage yield and composition of research found that: in the past five years in Chongqing city garbage production at an average annual rate of 11.87% growth,of which Recyclable garbage was about 28.65%,about 59.79% of perishable waste,garbage harmless rest accounted for only 11.55%.In the main city of Chongqing,it is of great significance to implement the classification of garbage in order to reduce the load pressure and the utilization of garbage.(2)Chongqing City,the main city of garbage classification facilities allocation rate is low,the government to promote the allocation rate of only 13.2%.The mixing barrel is mainly used for garbage collection;the lack of publicity,publicity column allocation rate is only 16.7%;the lack of effective supervision and incentive system of the source in the process of classification,the results of the investigation show that no 1 community to supervise the behavior classification,a little success in the downtown area of Chongqing city garbage classification promotion.In fact,scavengers,cleaning staff to Recyclable garbage and Unrecyclable garbage for a simple distinction in the process to pick up garbage,recycling of waste products mainly rely on the acquisition of business sale of recycling.(3)Chongqing renewable resources market downturn this year,which has a great impact on the acquisition of renewable resources network mode.Through the analysis of economic driving force found that the average monthly household purchase price of the entire store outlets only 1950 yuan,per capita income of less than 1000 yuan.And because the market is still sluggish,new competitors appear,the lack of policy support,such as the rising prices caused employees enthusiasm purchasers,scavengers,cleaning staff.There are faced with the possibility of renewable resources can not be recovered by unmanned sorting,current mode is difficult to maintain,need to explore new garbage classification model of scientific and reasonable to solve the existing difficulties and recycling of resources.(4)Poor operation way of classification(74% of the residents do not know how to distinguish between Recyclable garbage and Unrecyclable garbage),inadequate facilities,lack of publicity and legal regulations as well as the most important way,has not formed the classified collection,classification,classification management system is a complete transportation development of Chongqing city garbage classification do not go now.(5)More than 80% of the participants support the promotion of garbage classification,and hope to set up garbage bins to collect garbage.The participants want to promote the easy to understand classification,while the managers want the government to be responsible for the supervision of the classification process.More than 60% of the participants want to establish an assessment system and use the government's professional regulatory system to guide the process to ensure that the classification efficiency.And also hope to protect the interests of the participants through the elimination of the behavior of the junkman.(6)This paper proposes a new model of garbage classification in Yuzhong district.Basing on the classification method of design,using intelligent garbage bins and perishable waste vehicles and other advanced transportation facilities,establishing renewable resource pretreatment transfer center,building digital management platform and use other means to solve the existing problem of many aspects of the collection,transportation,disposal and management of classification methods,established a complete system of garbage collection.This paper provides a valuable reference model for the classification of garbage in the main city of Chongqing.
