With the use of large-scale engineering and equipment more and more widely,especially the marine engineering construction lifting works of the ship,the maximum weight of single hoisting has reached 8,000 tons,large-scale marine crane and single-point mooring equipment and other marine equipment are designed rotary mechanism assembly flange surface,the dimensions such as length,height,diameter,etc.are usually 3 to 8 meters,the largest up to 10 meters,has been unable to use the general machine tool for flange machining,and these large components of the processing of high precision requirements,the scene of grinding,welding and cutting has been unable to meet the production accuracy requirements,must use a dedicated field machining equipment in order to meet the technical requirements of the industry.So,in this case,people began to reverse thinking,design and development of a machine can be installed on large-size parts for processing machine,so that the parts can be processed in the field,saving a lot of economic costs and resources.In this case,this paper designed a modular machine tools,can milling and drilling large flange plane in the field.Through the understanding of the field processing machine tools,put forward the design scheme of machine tool,the machine adopts modularization design;parameters cutting force in milling and drilling;On this basis,put forward the modular design of machine tools and based on this structure using ANSYS finite element analysis,inspection and design of machine tool structure is reasonable.
