At present,high-speed machining technology has been widely used in the field of machining because of its high processing precision and fast processing speed.The high-speed cutting tool system is an extremely important part of high-speed cutting machine tool processing,which has a direct impact on the precision and surface quality of the workpiece.However,as the machining parameters of the machine tool increase,the influence of the deformation of the tool system during machining will increase,and even severely damage the machining.Therefore,the research on the deformation of high-speed cutting tool system has important academic value and application prospects.The ANSYS Workbench software was used to simulate the 3D model of the HSK tool system,simulate the actual working conditions,change four different machining parameters,and load the constraint load for simulation analysis.The cutting force is orthogonal experimental data,and the simulation results are more convincing when comparing.The variation of the tool deformation obtained by this simulation method is more intuitive and accurate.(1)Through mathematical modeling and MATLAB software simulation to predict the milling stability domain,whether to consider the stability domain prediction map of modal coupling is proved whether the coupling mode has influence on the prediction of the stability domain.(2)Compared with the traditional BT tool system,the results show that the structure of the HSK tool system reflects its advantages,not only the dynamic characteristics are better,but also the limit speed is higher than the BT tool system.(3)For each model of HSK tool system,the modal analysis is carried out with HSK50 tool system as an example.The results show that the HSK tool holders of type A,C and F are easy to be damaged at the upper end of the shank.The HSK50 tool holders A,B,C and D have four types of tool holders with mass center shift.The HSK50 E and F models are more suitable for ultra high speed machining systems than other models.(4)Simulate the tool of HSK tool system under different conditions of spindle rotation speed,radial depth of cut,axial depth of cut and feed per tooth by applying cutting force,clamping forceand angular velocity The amount of deformation.The results show that among the four processing parameters,the axial depth of cut has a significant influence on the deformation of the tool.The feed per tooth also has a certain influence on the deformation of the tool,while the spindle rotation speed and the radial depth of cut affect the tool deformation.The impact of quantity is weak.Analyze the variation law of the tool deformation amount when the four processing parameters increase,and summarize the processing parameter range which is beneficial to the machining precision of the machine tool,which has the guiding significance for the actual production and processing.
