The Study On The On-job Training Of Special Equipment Safety Supervisors In Heyuan City

Special equipment directly relates to people’s life and property safe,also can affect nation economy.And the supervision of special equipment depends on the comprehensive quality and skills of special equipment safety supervisors.So it`s very important to search for a new training system since the merger of the institution,the quantities of special equipment is larger.with the large amount of equipment,lack of supervisors,limited work ability of the new supervisors.This article investigates the current situation of the special equipment supervisor on-job training of Heyuan through reviewing the literature and questionnaire survey,and finds out the problems such as boring content,lack of specificity in curriculum design,mostly forms and simple mode in training method,short term and low frequency,poor effect and so on.From the view of training system,the paper analyzes and summarizes the reason that there are lack of training need analysis,single supplying subject,imperfect training assessment,limited training funds and the own problem of supervisors.Finally,this study proposed to improve the situation from the aspect of organization,personnel,the task level,that we should complete the training requirement analysis,accurately design the training contents,innovate training methods,establish effective assessment mechanism,optimize the supply model,guarantee the training funds,advocate lifelong learning philosophy and strengthen the job responsibility.
