Sulige gas field is located in the Erdos basin on the northern Maowusu Desert hinterland,as the country's largest uncompartmentalized gas fields, which has low permeability, low pressure, low abundance of "three low" characteristics, in the production area of gas quantity,large well spacing. With the number of gas production increased year by year, single well production decreased year by year, the rapid increase in the number of low yield wells, the traditional manual switch wells operation mode and station control equipment has been unable to meet the production demand. Therefore, it is of great significance and value to develop a set of operating system of intelligent switch operation for gas wells, and to realize the automation of the operation of low output wells and intermittent wells.This paper based on the analysis of the system requirements, from the field of hardware,intelligent valve controller PLC, the man-machine interface software system before, in the end, the hardware uses comparison, software development and other aspects of analysis ring.The front part of the hardware wellhead through dynamic comparative analysis of thin film valve switch technology of solenoid valve, electric valve, gas, the pneumatic diaphragm valve and data transmission system combined with remote control function; combined with the gas production conditions of different development wells intelligent switch reasonable procedures for various types of wells, eventually realizing intelligent switch well management, improve production efficiency. The system uses intelligent controller Bristol Babcock as the core controller, through the MODBUS protocol and wireless technology was introduced into Taiwan with centralized monitoring system, centralized PKS system man-machine interface monitoring system, make the site all data can display monitor in man-machine interface,improve the efficiency of gas wells switch management.In the process of system testing, the system can satisfy the requirements of various control functions, and realizes remote wells intelligent switch operation test shows that wells intelligent switch technology can realize gas timer switch, switch batch production, has a certain practical value and significance of the research, to meet the many wells switch management work demand, reduce labor intensity. This paper is based on the research project of the fourth gas production plant of Changqing oilfield".
