Using the Falcon Centrifugal separator can be achieved at low cost,fine coal Pollution-free high efficiency of desulphurization and reducing ash,but-0.045 mm grade and high-ash slime can easily over the weir into clean coal,resulting in the pollution of coal,the effects of the separation effect.In this paper,KREBS ultra-fine coal classifying cyclone classification,and underflow on the classification of products by intensifying test of gravity separation.The use of software testing optimization of the final in the feed pressure of 0.03 MPa,0.02 MPa additional pressure,feed concentration of 12.50% under the operating parameters,you can get the final classification efficiency of 91.32%.Appropriate increase in feeding pressure can not only reduce the content of bottom current in the fine-grained,but also can reduce the overflow in crude run at the same time;Before the feed pressure increases to a certain extent,with the increase of feed pressure,the size of the decrease of classification efficiency and classification precision higher,after more than 0.04 MPa,with the interference settlement increased,the classification efficiency and classification accuracy decreased.Compared with no flush water,having washing conditions can reduce the fine grain content in the underflow,however,the addition of flushing water will cause the near grain size to be thick in the overflow,and the size of the classification will increase with the increase of the flushing pressure;High feed concentration of the particles due to underflow concentration is too high,resulting in interference effect of the settlement and the separation size increases,the decrease of classification efficiency;Through the test and verification of the final optimal parameter combination for the hydrocyclone classification test: feed pressure of 0.03 MPa,0.02 MPa of the flushing water pressure,feed concentration is 12.50%,the classification efficiency was 91.32%,and finding the classification efficiency and the function relation between the operating parameters;At proximately same concentrate ash under the condition of no higher than 8% of the requirements,the final optimization of operation parameters for the Falcon Centrifugal Separator: the rotation frequency of 19.02 Hz,0.02 MPa of recoil pressure,feed concentration of 15%.
