The Full-hydraulic power drill is a drilling equipment used for exploration and drilling.It is mainly used for the shallow mining gas,water well and geothermal well.Full-hydraulic power drill has many advantages,such as high degree of automation,variety of drilling technology.Because it has many advantages,it has become the main equipment of drilling construction on abroad.In China,as the country has stepped up to find geothermal resources and coal methane resources,Full-hydraulic power drill will become the mainstream drilling equipment.This paper firstly analyzes the technology status of Full-hydraulic power drilling rig in China and abroad,and then determines the direction and target of UH4 G drilling rig.Start with the parameters of UH4 G drilling rig,analysis the feeding system,the mast force;design the mast section and the mast structure.Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of three different kinds of power head devices.Design the power head hydraulic system,the power head spindle double channel,gearbox lubrication and slide frame.Secondly,analyzes the working condition of the drilling rig,and calculates the mast stress under the typical working conditions.The strength and stiffness of key components such as masts and power head gearbox are analyzed by finite element analysis software.The strength and stiffness of key components are verified by theoretical calculation.Finally,the rationality of the optimization design of this project is verified through the data analysis of the power head test and the commissioning test of the drilling rigIn the thesis,the research about drilling rig mast and the power head are provided,they will provide a theoretical basis for the design of drilling rig.At the same time the analysis and design of this paper has high generality and engineering practical value,can provide reference for related design and improvement of drilling rig.
