Land is the basis for human survival and development,as a complex system of social and ecological, human in land development and utilization, not only pay attention to the production function, but also attach importance to the protection and the ecological function,to achieve the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment. The research on the value of land ecological service has gradually become a hot spot in the field of land ecology. However,in the existing research, the research on the value of urban agglomeration land ecological service is still in the exploration stage. At present,China is in the rapid development stage of urbanization.Population growth, industrial structure change and economic development affect the land use pattern to varying degrees, and affect the value of land ecosystem services through the change of land use types.Urban agglomeration is gradually forming "Community" of economy, culture and ecology. As the main form of urbanization in China, the study of urban agglomeration’s land ecosystem service price and its driving factors is of great significance for the rational coordination of land resources and the coordinated development of economic society and ecological environment. As a new urban agglomeration of China,Central Plains urban agglomeration, which owns the largest scale and the large population density. The largest urban agglomeration is located in most provinces, and is in the stage of rapid urbanization.Because of the greater pressure on land demand, this paper selects Spatial-temporal as the research object. This paper takes the city scale as the research unit.,the land use to change survey data,to assess the ecological value of land the city.Through the NPP time correction to the municipal land ecological value, the essay educes the Spatial-temporal all over the city land ecological value from 2011 to 2015,and shows a decrease in volatility as a whole.By using the spatial autocorrelation and moment equilibrium model,it analyses the land ecological value spatial distribution characteristics, the group of city of Central Plains land ecological value in 2011-2015 is more stable in spatial distribution.Besides, the most stable high value areas are concentrated in the southwest part of the city, the more mountainous area and forest wide distribution. The relative variation of low value accumulation areas is relatively large, mainly in the middle and northern regions, which are flat, and the more number of cultivated lands. The geographically weighted regression model obtained over the city regression coefficient, there are some differences in social group of city of Central Plains land ecological service value driving factors in time and space, and draw the following conclusions: during2011-2015,the density increasing population is the main cause for city group of Central Plains land the ecological value decreased, and the negative effect is generally presents the strengthening of the trend from north to south.GDP has a positive impact on the value of land ecosystem services in Spatial-temporal agglomeration, and this positive impact is gradually rising, but its spatial distribution is not stable. The impact of gross agricultural production on the value of land ecological services is positive, and presents a spatial distribution characteristic from south to north. The level of urbanization has a negative impact on most cities in the Central Plains urban agglomeration, and the cities in the western and northern regions have the most negative impact. The positive effect of gross industrial production on the land ecosystem service value for Central Plains urban agglomeration is gradually decreasing, and the range of negative effects is slowly strengthening increasing, and the spatial distribution is also beginning to stabilize.
