With the development of oil drilling and oil industry, oil pollution has become increasingly serious.Oil in to bring huge economic benefits to people at the same time, also caused a great threat to the ecological environment present. The oil is one of the main pollutants in Marine environment, has been on the Marine and offshore environment caused serious harm.In order to eliminate oil pollution and a lot of scientific workers at home and abroad a wide range of research,to find a solution to the security, economic and reliable method of governance. The existing oil pollution treatment methods including physical technology, chemical technology and biological treatment(bioremediation),etc.Among them, the bioremediation is considered one of the most effective way, this technology has high efficiency, economy,no secondary pollution, and wide scope of application, etc. This article first from the oil composition, oil pollutants in the Marine environment and Marine oil degradation of common species of microorganisms, degradation mechanism, factors influencing biodegradation and bioremediation technology aspects has carried on the comprehensive review.According to related literature, the main problem of the research field is for Marine oil degradation bacteria and the determination of the degradation. Therefore, separate the offshore oil degradation bacteria screening and degradation characteristics of research as the main research content of this thesis.Constructing an efficient bacterial consortium to biodegrade crude oil spilled in China's Bohai Sea.In this study,TCOB-1(Ochrobactrm),TCOB-2(Brevundimonas),TCOB-3(Brevundimonas),TCOB-4(Bacillus)and TCOB-5(Castellaniella)were isolated from Bohai Bay.Through the analysis of hydrocarbon biodegradation,TCOB-4 was found to biodegrade more middle-chain n-alkanes(from C17 to C23)and long-chain n-alkanes(C31–C36).TCOB-5capable to degrade more n-alkanes including C24–C30 and aromatics. On the basis of complementary advantages,TCOB-4 and TCOB-5 were chosen to construct a consortium which was capable of degrading about 51.87% of crude oil(2% w/v)after 1 week of incubation in sa lineMSM(3% NaCl).It is more efficient compared with single strain. In order to biodegrade crude oil the construction of bacterial consortia is essential and the principle of complementary advantages could reduce competition between microbes. In this study, also porous four materials MOP-1 MOP-2 MOP-3 and MOP-4were prepared by using agar and other methods. The adsorption-degradation functions were integrated and biodegradation and biodegradation were used to degrade marine oil pollution. The results show that the newly prepared porous material has a better adsorption effect, and the density is less than that of water.MOP-1 as a newly prepared adsorption-degradation material has both adsorption and microbial degradation.During the 7-day degradation process, the residual oil mass shows a slowly decreasing process.Although the first two days of testing did not show significant adsorption degradation, but in 7 days after the test, the highest rate of oil degradation is about 50%.
