With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,people are more and more attention to the safety requirements of children under 12 years of age.In order to ensure children ride comfort,children generally use the seat leather,textiles,plastics,sponge and other materials for making and filling.This kind of material has the characteristics of warmth retention,compression,softness,etc.,but at the same time,it is highly flammable.In order to reduce the flammability of materials,to avoid the occurrence of fire,often add flame retardants in combustible materials,but different components of flame retardant,will affect the health of children,for the design of a fast detection of children seat system,achieve rapid detection of sample material is very necessary.At present,X ray fluorescence spectroscopy technology used to detect the sample data needed to prepare for the test sample process is simple,nondestructive,very suitable as a child seat detection means.However,X ray fluorescence spectrometry system currently used for flame retardant analysis,mainly concentrated in the environmental samples,electrical and electronic products,in order to ensure the X ray fluorescence spectroscopy technology,according to the special material of children cushions for targeted testing,project group on the basis of the original X ray fluorescence system.Development and adjustment.First,a detailed analysis of the status of the system,and summed up the system users and system functions;secondly,according to the demand of the system,the application process and the realization of the system for the detailed design process;finally,to detect the use of sample data on 7 children seat system,and the result of detection accuracy precision,validity,so as to ensure the normal operation of the system.After nearly half a year of formal testing operation,this system is convenient,accurate and high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and can be used for rapid simultaneous determination of three elements of chlorine,phosphorus,phosphorus products in the child seat,for the primary screening for traditional chemical testing subsequent,greatly reduces the detection time and labor,has been testing personnel praise.
