| Mine drainage is an unconventional water resource,its emission without treatment would cause environmental pollution and tremendous waste.The appropriate utilization of mine drainage is the best choice to solve the problem of water shortage.This paper conduct a scheme research about reconstruction and extension project of mine drainage treatment and utilization located in XingTai coal mine,which the types of water quality are high suspended solids and high salt content.The author conduct the experiments about coagulation and sedimentation to optimize the consumption of PAC and PAM,the experiments show that the optimum consumption of PAC is 80mg/L and the optimum consumption of PAM is 0.2mg/L.Meanwhile,the author take an analysis and comparison on three types methods of removing suspended solids which are coagulation sedimentation-filtration,clarification-filtration and integrated water purifier.In the scheme research of desalination,it is compared and analyzed within three methods which are electrodialysis(ED),reverse osmosis(RO)and nanofiltration(NF),then utilize the IMSDesign software to simulate the water quality treated by RO and NF.In this reconstruction and extension project,the capacity of purification is4000m~3/d.According to comprehensive comparison and analysis,it adopt combination of the hydraulic circulating clarifier and the gravity valveless filter in purification process and combination of UF and RO in desalination process.After desalting blending ratio calculation,the water quality index could reach requirements which total dissolved solids(TDS)is less than or equal to 800mg/L when desalting blending ratio is 75percentage.With an initial design of the project and technical economic analysis,the author draws a conclusion that the total estimated investment of the project is 7.6619million CNY,the operation cost of purification is 0.58 CNY per ton,the operation cost of advanced desalination is 0.88 CNY per ton,and the annual revenues of the project is1.8638 million.The desalinated water will be sold for adjacent enterprise,which could alleviate the problem of water shortage.And the high-salinity water from RO will be applied to coal preparation plant,it will basically reach zero discharge of high-salinity water.The project has remarkable economic,environmental and social benefits. |
