| Water is primary condition of the human survival and lifeline of the national economy.Water resource lacking has become the most outstanding problem of sustainable development of our country in the 21st century.Lacking water in colliery is a general phenomenon in China, especially in northern colliery.For a long time,mine drainage can't be fully used and discharged as the waste water,which wasting much water. According to these problems,utilization of coal mine drainage is put forward,which is considered to be best choice.Utilization of coal mine drainage can greatly relief the problem of short supply and ease the pressure of water supply that make a great promotion and economic benefit to environment and production.By investigating of the general situation of coal area,the situation of water resource,the quality and the outflow of coal mine drainage in Shanxi province,Luan mining area is selected as research object. Combining with the water quality,water outflow of coal mine drainage of Wuyang colliery which belongs to this mining area.Coagulation treatment was selected to treat the coal mine drainage.The effect of the type and dosage of coagulant,flocculation time and pH value on the turbidity, chroma of treated mine water was studied by using orthogonal design.And the effect of the coagulant aid addition was further studied.The results showed that the effect of the type of coagulant on the removal of turbidity and chroma was extremely significant(P<0.01).The chroma,turbidity and CODcr of the treated mine water was 5.2 NTU,1 time and 7.56 mg·L-1 respectively,the removal rate was 97.28%,98.44%,96.35% respectively on the conditions that PAC dosage was 20 mg·L-1, flocculation time 15 min and the pH 7.93.The treating effect of Adding PAM and PAC together was not better than adding PAC alone.Based on the water quality of Wuyang coal mine drainage,the requirements for water quality of users and experimental research results, the technological process of treatment for coal mine drainage is drafted with the analysis engineering design and investment benefit.The result shows that total investment is 8.0126 million RMB,the benefit can reach to 1.95RMB per cubic meter after purification and the economic benefit created for the industry can reach 7.020million RMB per year.The establishment of treatment plant will greatly decrease the pollution of the waste water on the surrounding environment and the annual decrease of pollutant emission(COD)is 717.41 Ton.The study shows that the mine water of the drainage can be utilized after treatment,reach zero discharge and get significant benefit for economy,environment and society.The pattern of the mine water can set an example to the utilization of the coal mine drainage in Luan mining area.The comprehensive utilization of the coal mine drainage is a system engineering,which involves coal,environmental protection,water conservancy,agriculture and ect.In order to utilize the coal mine drainage of Shanxi province effectively and form the virtuous circle in resource exploitation and environment protection,we should strengthen education and propaganda,enhance the recognition of our thought,control the discharge of the waste water,achieve separation clear water from wastewater,improve the research on water quality monitoring,realize the artificial groundwater recharge of coal mine drainage,construct projects to storage water and realize the goal of rational and effective utilization of coal mine drainage of Shanxi province as soon as possible. |
