The Development Of The "Southern Song Dynasty Stone Inscription" Series Antibacterial Functional Digital Printed Household Fabrics

With the increasing of living standard,consumers demand for home textiles is no longer limited to the durability of performance but requires more new features.Antibacterial function is closely related to life and health and become to a hot rese arch field.In this paper,use the skin-friendly fabric cotton as raw material,then use nano-zinc oxide of cotton’s antimicrobial function finishing,finally use the emerging digital printing technology applied the independent pattern of the "Southern Song Dynasty stone inscription" to antibacterial fabric.Develop the “Southern Song Dynasty stone inscription" series of antibacterial digital printing home fabrics.The main research contentsare as follows:(1)Analysis the "Southern Song Dynasty stone " art characteristics,summed up the stone use a large number of plant patterns,auspicious patterns and so on.The paper has extracted 8 kinds of "Southern Song Dynasty stone inscription",such as flower,moire,curly grass and peony,determine the printing pattern for the digital printing subsequently.(2)Used Nano-zinc oxide(d=30nm)as raw material to prepare disperse antibact erial finishing agent.The effects of finishing agent concentration,baking temperatur e and baking time on the finishing fabric were studied by orthogonal experiment an d prepare 9 kinds of fabric according to orthogonal experimental design.Escheric-hia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were selected as experimental strains,from qual-ita tive test we can see the antibacterial property of the 9 fabrics is good.The antibac terial rate of the treated fabrics was above 80% by quantitative experiment.Theanti bacterial rate to Escherichia coli can get 94.39% and the antibacterial rate to S-taph ylococcus aureus can get 92.83%.The properties of Antibacterial finishing fabrics w ere evaluated by the properties of antibacterial,whiteness,capillary effect,drape an d so on.The 8# fabric had the best properties.When the concentration of nano-zin c oxide was 20g/L,the baking temperature was 140 ℃ and baking time was 90 s,the finishing effect was the best.Through the qualitative test,the fabrics prep-ared under the above mentioned technological conditions still have good antibacteri-al pr operty after 20 times washing with water.(3)Using the E-PRESS digital printing machine and reactive dye,applied the d esign pattern of the "Southern Song Dynasty stone carving" to nano-zinc oxide finis hing antibacterial functional fabric.Developed the "Southern Song Dynasty stone" s eries antibacterial functional digital printing home fabrics.Its breaking strength and permeability is good,printing color value is good,color fastness to washing and c olor fastness to rubbing is relatively high.Through the qualitative test concluded the property of antibacterial home fabric,the digital printing had no negative effect on the the antibacterial property of the fabric.
