Machining accuracy is an important performance index of CNC machine tools,and geometric error is one of the key factors affecting the machining accuracy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the geometric error measurement and identification of CNC machine tools to improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.In this paper,geometric accuracy of CNC machine tools to improve the related engineering requirements,the study of CNC machine tool geometry error modeling,detection and identification methods,the main contents of the study are as follows:In the research of geometric errors modeling of CNC machine tool,based on the theory of multi-body system,the geometric error sources influencing the relative position and attitude of the tool and workpiece are comprehensively considered,and the general geometric error model of NC machine tool is established.In the research of sensitivity analysis method of geometric error of CNC machine tool,the sensitivity between the geometric errors of the machine tool and the whole machine accuracy and the bi-directional error of machine tool's workspace diagonal lines are analyzed quantitatively by using differential theory as mathematical tool.In the research of geometric error detection method of CNC machine tool,a multi-station time-sharing measurement method is introduced.The method firstly calibrates the turret position in the machine coordinate system by multilateral positioning principle,and then uses the six turret positions accurately calibrates the position error of the measuring point in the work space of CNC machine tool.In the research of geometric error identification method of CNC machine tool,a new geometric error identification method based on Laser TRACER body diagonal error measurement information is proposed.A two-step solution regularization method is introduced to modify the behavior of the mapping matrix,which can improve the anti-jamming of error parameter identification to a great extent.Computer simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is correct and effective.
