In polysilicon production process,reducing furnace energy consumption occupies about 85% of the comprehensive energy consumption,how to reduce the reduction furnace energy consumption and improve the conversion rate is a main direction to solve the existing production costs.In this paper,the main research and proof in the process of reducing the production process,through the nozzle,the five hole nozzle,nozzle,S nozzle on the production of energy consumption reduction and product quality improvement.In the course of the study,the computer simulation analysis of the five hole nozzle and the through nozzle is made by using the Fluent flow field simulation software.Then through the actual production test were arranged 8 reduction furnace are respectively installed through the nozzle and the five nozzle hole,and then collect,under the same conditions of production statistics of 2 kinds of feed nozzle formed in the reduction of data in the production process,according to their shortcomings,through the improvement and optimization of feed nozzle,8 Taiwan furnace are respectively installed straight side suction nozzle and S nozzle production experiment,the specific data as follows:Straight-through type nozzle comprehensive experimental average electricity consumption is 59.32 kWh/kg-Si,conversion rate of 10.39%;Straight side suction nozzle comprehensive experimental average electricity consumption is 64.15 kWh/kg-Si,conversion rate of 10.44%;Five hole nozzle comprehensive experimental average electricity consumption is55.11 kWh/kg-Si,conversion rate of 10.95%;Comprehensive experiment S type nozzle average electricity consumption is63.16 kWh/kg-Si,conversion rate of 10.40%.According to the data analysis,conclusion is made that the four feeding device in the polysilicon production process to the impact of the existence of saving energy and reducing consumption and improving quality,mainly reflected in the reduction furnace the appearance quality of the power consumption,a conversion,silicon rods,etc.,from the production experiment data analysis can get the following conclusion:1,Five hole nozzle to restore operation energy saving effect is prominent;2,Through the nozzle to improve the effect of silicon rod quality is outstanding;Finally,by using the Fluent software to simulate the flow field software of five hole nozzle with computer simulation through the nozzle,and can directly find them in saving energy and reducing consumption and improving the quality of the fundamental factors,hope can reduce energy consumption in the polysilicon production process and improve the quality of play a guiding significance.
