Application Study On PFMEA Management In The Production Process Of M Company

Sewage treatment has been in the state of government support in recent years.As an important industry related to human development,water industry has obviously become a global topic.Sewage treatment as the terminal part of the water industry plays an important role in the development of water industry.Along with the improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,the problem of sewage treatment is becoming more and more popular,the sewage treatment industry has gradually became the core of successful development of water pollution prevention and control industry.It is of great significance for the development of the whole environmental protection industry to enhance the risk of production management,enhance the overall production management level,ensure the profitability of the industry and promote sustainable development.Therefore,for the treatment of enterprise production management risk of sewage,not only from simple indicators to explore,to take reasonable and scientific methods of production management,risk of sewage treatment of deep research and analysis,to take reasonable measures to avoid risk management,reduce the risk and loss of business.This paper is based on the M company as an example,the production management process of the primary treatment,two treatment and three levels of treatment were used to process failure mode and effect analysis(PFMEA)methods of analysis,current situation,mainly on the M company’s production risk management problems were analyzed.According to the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)implementation steps,first set up the implementation team,and establish the corresponding evaluation system,according to the evaluation system to the management of wastewater treatment process in the production of primary treatment,two treatment and three levels of treatment were analyzed by PFMEA analysis,the risk preference index.According to the risk priority index,it is improved separately.After improvement,it is analyzed again to determine whether the improvement measures play a good role in the risk.This paper is on the theoretical basis are summarized,according to the research of FMEA at home and abroad were reviewed,expounds the related theory of FMEA model,the FMEA contains the design of DFMEA and PFMEA,the Syria respectively of the concept of DPFMEA and PFMEA and PFMEA application.Secondly,the current situation of China’s the current sewage treatment risk management are analyzed.Furthermore,the PFMEA model can be applied in industry production management risk using wastewater treatment were analyzed;finally,taking M company as an example,has summarized the current situation of sewage treatment and M company production management in the process of primary treatment,two treatment and three to deal with the problem of using PMFEA mode are analyzed for risk identification,and puts forward the improvement measures for the production of risk management of M company.By using PFMEA to analyze and improve the risk of M company’s production management,it greatly reduced the risk of production management of M company,reduced the cost of sewage treatment,improved the efficiency of sewage treatment and the quality of sewage treatment.
