With the development of information construction of Shougang Mining Company,Xingshan put underground mining into production with the synchronous running of ERP/MES system.This system has six safety management systems,one manufacturing monitoring system and ten automation systems and a large amount of data were produced.Considering the large data base exists of Xingshan,we started with analyzing equipment operation data,as the first step to establish Xingshan data analysis system based on data warehouse technology.Through the equipment data analysis system,the system data,which includes ERP,MES,three platforms and a series of production monitoring system,such as PLC control system of production process,are integrated.Xingshan equipment data analysis system has two main functions,which are reports and comprehensive statistical analysis.The application layer is divided into three layers:senior management,business management,business operation layer.Through the ETL process,the system processes and classifies various business system data to meet the requirement of the Xingshan equipment analysis system.In addition to extracting data,this system is able to analyze the subject of fault,inspection,cost and material,and then provides users the results in various and flexible ways,such as:fixed reports,charts,multi-dimensional dynamic analysis,etc.Alarms will be triggered by abnormal analysis results in specified methods.Tables and charts can be converted and saved as XLS,PDF,DOC and other types of files and analysts can generate reports and graphics through "drill" and "slices" in any dimension.In this thesis,the development life-cycle of Xingshan equipment data analysis system is discussed in detail,according to the development process of data warehouse project.In the system requirement analysis phase,four themes that this system involves and business needs and functional requirements from users are identified;In the system design phase,detailed design of system function are performed,mainly according to concept design,logic design,physical design methods,and finally the star structure of the data warehouse model is determined;In the system implementation phase,the realization of the system data extraction module is discussed in detail,with emphasis on describing the full amount of data extraction,incremental extraction and task scheduling;In system testing phase,principles and methods of system testing,test procedures and test environment are illustrated,with selected parts of the testing process being discussed in detail.After testing,the development of Xingshan equipment data analysis system is proved and considered to meet users' business needs.In conclusion,the application of equipment data analysis system improves work efficiency,management precision and data practicability of Xingshan staff at all levels.Meanwhile,it also provides a basis for further discovery of the inner relationship and law of the business.
