In order to meet the demand of the rapid development of domestic wood door industry,automation was studied for the wood finish,link,to look forward to reduce the construction personnel and environmental pollution,promote transformation and upgrading of China's wooden door manufacturing and improve the level of wooden door manufacturing automation and intelligent.Automatic spraying method and technology at home and abroad in the study,on the basis of using mechanical design theory and automatic control for 3 d modeling and simulation,knowledge related to design and manufacture the one suitable for wooden door intelligent spraying device for production.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Through the practice research,the present situation and problems of wooden door production enterprises spraying the wooden door of reciprocating engine type spraying,UV roller coating and spraying process characteristics such as the means of production: manual spraying process,there are 65% ~ 75% of paint mist clung on the wooden door,the operator requirement is high,the harm is big,and the product quality is not stable;UV roller coating is generally aimed at the plane,and most of the existing wooden doors have concave lines or patterns;The existing reciprocating spraying is sprayed on the hollow facade and small wooden doors.The paint mist waste is often more than 30%,and the individual is more than 50%,causing serious environmental pollution.Based on the high-precision control concept of 3D printing,this paper puts forward the idea of using spray gun intelligent spraying control,and the design of the analysis and key component of the intelligent spraying of wooden door.(2)The scene of the wooden door enterprises spraying process,on the basis of fully analysis and research,analysis and research on the wooden door spraying requirement of the functional requirements and structure of the system,and puts forward the spraying equipment is mainly composed of 3D mobile platforms,flip,nozzle rotating mechanism,paint circuit and intelligent control units.(3)The main parts of the spraying equipment are designed according to the characteristics of the structure requirements of the spraying equipment.At the same time,Solidworks 2015 3D software was applied to 3D modeling and 3D simulation of the components.In this paper,the finite element analysis plug-in Solidworks-Simulation with 3D software is used to carry on the analysis and optimization of the transmission shaft of the transmission structure,and verify the safety and reliability of the design.(4)Finally,the performance test of the spraying device is performed to verify whether the performance of its running performance and finished paint film performance meet the requirements.Test the finished coating of paint film hardness,film adhesion and surface appearance index,various performance met the national standard requirements,the wooden door intelligent design parameters of spraying device meets the application requirements.
