Soap is widely used in daily life of the traditional washing products,the production process is the raw material by saponification reaction,dry and semi-finished soap tablets.Extruded into a strip by the extruder,and then printed on the roller after the pattern,the cut into finished products.The process from semi-finished soap to finished product is called the molding line.The existing soap molding production line in the soap machine,some can only achieve a single specification soap,and some can achieve more specifications of the soap but the structure is very complex pneumatic equipment.So the urgent need to develop intelligent soaping equipment to meet the requirements of soap production line?The paper analyzes the processing and technological requirements of soap cutting,and the soap must be cut in the process of continuous advancement of the soap bar,the cutting surface must be straight and the length of the soap block can be adjusted easily.Therefore,this study intends to adopt a more concise soaping mechanism and intelligent control system.In this paper,the mechatronics system is used to realize the cutting and cutting of the soap and the soap bar,and the main contents are as follows:1.To develop general plan to combination machinery with electricity use for soap cutting,give full play to the machine,the power of their respective advantages.2.Mainly use the mechanical device to achieve synchronous cutting: mechanical device using cam link mechanism,drive cutter(wire)cutting soap,to ensure that the cutter cut in the cut side of the soap,while the advance with the soap.In this paper,the movement of the cutter is studied,and the two-degree-of-freedom linkage is designed.The cam mechanism is designed to drive the connecting rod mechanism.The cam mechanism uses two sets of coaxial mounted conjugate cams to drive the swing lever.The profiles of the two groups of conjugate cam mechanisms are respectively solved,and the design of the conjugate cam link mechanism is simulated by MATLAB.3.Using the PLC measurement and control system through the mechanical device to achieve the fixed length of the soap cut off: the proposed fixed length cut off the control strategy,through the determination of sensors,controllers and servo systems and other hardware models,and the connection between the hardware.Build the corresponding monitoring and control system,the preparation of the program preparation process,to complete the program debugging experiments in the laboratory.In this paper,the design of the soap machine using mechanical transmission mechanism and the organic combination of measurement and control system,and ultimately to achieve the fixed length of the soap cut off.
