Soap is a necessity product in daily life, with soap production capacity of a single production line continue to improve, the level of automation and control system determines the efficiency of production, so further study of soap intelligent printing cutting technology of control system is of great significance.Through analysis on production process of soap, soap making into intermediate soap grain article it through screw extrusion machine after extrusion slits soap bars, become the finished product, through the roller printing and rotary head cut off into the packaging machine packaging bags. In the set of cost cutting in order to ensure that soap can realize continuous work, set design and manufacture of intelligent soap flower cutting equipment, the equipment must meet the following requirements:Firstly, Realization of soap and Cutting;Secondly, After the soap off vertical incision;Thirdly, Peach sync with soap off;Fourthly, Quickly removed after the soap off.Based on the special case of soap production technology, using the mechanical structure of the rotary tool post to fixed length cutting of soap, according to the mechanical structure of the equipment, proposed the intelligent control scheme based on PLC and servo motor, the encoder, touch screen, PLC, servo motor and other hardware equipment selection, connection and set parameters, constructed a set of complete system. Analyzed the rotary tool carrier synchronization fixed-length cutting, established the mathematical model of steel knife, put forward the corresponding control strategy, write PLC control program, design and production related control picture of the touch screen.Finally, under the condition of the laboratory environment for the design of measurement and control system for debugging and testing fixed-length cutting servo motor speed changes, the results show that the measurement and control system has feasibility.
