At present,arc welding inverter has been widely used in various fields,most of the arc welding power supply design are used IGBT power devices,the work of the switching frequency is usually 20 KHz,the frequency of the size of a direct impact on the size of the transformer,The size of the entire welder;and now most of the welding machine switch mode are used hard switch mode,hard switching mode has many shortcomings,such as switch loss,low efficiency,unstable output and so on.In some special occasions when used,we need welding machine small size,efficient,stable output current.To this end,this design and design of a MOSFET power device using high-frequency soft-switching arc welding power supply.The high-frequency soft-switching arc welding power source designed in this paper is mainly composed of the phase-shifted full-bridge topology main circuit,the control circuit,the driving amplifier circuit and the auxiliary power supply circuit.The main circuit uses the phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage pulse-width modulation circuit topology to increase the soft-switching circuit design as the main circuit of the converter to achieve the adjustment of the output current to solve the traditional arc welding power switch loss,Pollution and other shortcomings.The design of the control part of the selection of UC3846 analog power supply chip in the switching power supply phase shift full-bridge topology on the basis of the main,based on UC3846 PWM current control mode to improve the overall circuit linear voltage regulation and load response shortcomings,The control circuit,so that the overall circuit is more suitable for low power consumption,high power,high reliability requirements.The driver is based on the IR2110 driver chip's own bootstrap circuit operating mode,using two IR2110 chips to form a gate driver to drive the full-bridge topology of the high side and the low side of the four high-power MOSFET,Drive signal delay can reach nanosecond,convenient circuit soft switch better application,the switching frequency can reach hundreds of kilohertz.Auxiliary power circuit part of the selection of TI's UC3842 power supply analog chip,designed a single-ended fly-back topology switching power supply: 220 VAC input,24 VDC output.UC3842 switching power supply control circuit is a mature single-ended fly-back topology of the switching power supply has a goodfrequency response characteristics,to achieve the AC-DC high-efficiency conversion,the circuit also has short circuit,over-current,overvoltage protection And other functions.In this paper,the development of switching power supply and arc welding power source is briefly introduced.Then,the basic principle of phase-shifted full-bridge topology of switching power supply is analyzed.Finally,the control circuit,driving amplifier circuit and auxiliary power circuit are combined with various protection circuits,Through PSPICE,Saber software circuit modeling,simulation,design of the output of 160 A 150KHz high-frequency soft-switching arc welding power supply.Based on the actual circuit test results confirmed that the new welding machine power supply design to meet the expected requirements,and efficient low-power welding machine power supply design reference.
