The river is an important natural resource for the city and provides a good foundation for urban development. However, with the continuous expansion of the city, the urban population is increasing and the pollution of the urban rivers is increasing day by day. With the rapid development of China's national economy, the problem of urban river pollution has been paid more and more attention, and the masses of the people have become more and more important to improve the water quality of urban rivers. In order to improve the water quality of urban rivers, many cities adopt different technical means and engineering measures to control polluted rivers, and river water quality improvement planning is an important basis for guiding urban river water quality improvement project. Through the development of scientific and rational planning, Objectives, co-ordinate the implementation of relevant projects,to maximize the effectiveness of the implementation of the project, for urban pollution of river water quality control work has important guiding significance.This paper combs the existing research results at home and abroad, and puts forward the model of river water pollution improvement planning, which is used as a guide to apply it to the concrete work examples of Jianggan District, and the urban water quality pollution improvement plan The practice of exploration, analysis and highlight the importance of water pollution improvement planning, the study of the proposed planning model has a good applicability,can be used as a similar city planning similar reference. The main planning results are as follows:1. The river water quality improvement planning is to guide the city river water quality improvement project important basis, the plan to develop the scientific and the operability, for the city polluted river water quality control work and the related engineering measure has the important guiding significance. In the specific planning,the paper uses the model of "river basic situation analysis - river pollution source analysis - clear governance target - combination of management measures" to prepare the river water pollution improvement plan, has good guidance.2. Through the Jianggan District, different areas of pollution sources analysis,showing the region is more complex pollution situation, in addition to centralized point source pollution, rainfall runoff caused by surface erosion of non-point source pollution can not be ignored. Through the analysis and comparison, under the support of the mathematical model, the paper puts forward the planning recommendation scheme of the canal and the canal.5.
