| G company is a well-known automotive coatings manufacturer in the world.In order to improve customer satisfaction,maintain has been in the domestic OEM market leadership,and to further expand the market and lay a solid foundation,G company has maintained a high degree of attention and investment in quality management and project management,continuous improvement and innovation.This paper first describes the relevant theoretical basis of the paper and some quality tools commonly used in quality management.Secondly,the project management,project G,OEM coating product development quality management process and to the FAW Volkswagen Qingdao branch customer for example OEM process management,quality control flow situation are introduced and summarized.Again,through the analysis of the present situation of quality management project in 2015 ~ 2016 G company OEM coating product development and existing problems in 2017,FAW Volkswagen Qingdao branch research and development project as an example,by using the theory of quality management and quality management tools for project development of OEM coating products of G company quality management problems are put forward the improved scheme is evaluated and the effect of the improved scheme has been implemented after further improvement scheme is proposed by PDCA.Finally,specific measures are put forward to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the quality management improvement plan. |
