| Quick response is the base of fast fashion,and the automatic cutting system can accelerate the quick response as well as improve the products’ quality.While the automatic cutting parameters are set manually and corrected according to the cutting qualities that may led to production problems.This paper aims to find the method of automatic cutting parameters’ setup by testing fabric properties,classifying,discriminating and orthogonal experiment so as to guide the cutting operation.Firstly,20 woven fabrics used for men’s suit were chose to test the tearing strength,air permeability,KES and DSC;fabric’s thickness,air permeability,stiffness and eutaxia were extracted as classifying indexes;20 fabrics were classified into 5 categories.Then,optimal cutting parameters of fabrics in 5 categories were confirmed.Velocity of vibration,velocity of cutting and vacuum power were chose as cutting parameters to perform the orthogonal cutting experiment and cutter head shaking,fabrics dragging,flatness of cutting edge,melting were scored subjectively,cut-parts size was scored objectively.Scatter diagram,poor,variance and related charts were used to analyze the assessment results to get the cutting parameters’ and fabric properties’ influences on cutting quality,and optimal automatic cutting parameters of fabrics in 5 categories when cutting 50 layers.At last,the applicability of the optimal cutting parameters was verified.the discriminant models were established with accuracy rate of 93%;7 new fabrics were discriminated and matched with the optimal cutting parameters with good cutting quality.In this paper,fabric properties were test to find the way of setting automatic cutting parameters,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of automatic cutting process. |
