In recent years,the urbanization process has accelerated rapidly,and the size of urban areas has expanded rapidly,and sewage discharge has exploded.The urban sewage treatment works are overworked,in the process of dealing with sewage and sludge,a large number of malodorous gases are emitted from sewage and sludge due to continuous rolling and churning.In the process of sewage treatment odor problems have become increasingly prominent,governance is imminent.Through the understanding of the discharge laws of the main odor pollutants of the stench sources in the urban sewage treatment plant under study,the design of the treatment plan is designed.This dissertation is mainly to first study and study the law of odor emission from the stench source of a municipal sewage plant in Suzhou.According to the monitoring data,select the representative of the foul gas,proposed by the biological method,chemical absorption method,supplemented by technical solutions.The content of this paper is as follows:(1)Study on the law of the emission of major malodorous pollutants of each stench source in a town sewage treatment plant in Suzhou;(2)A small pilot study of biotrickling column treatment of hydrogen sulfide;(3)To conduct a pilot study of the spray scrubber to treat hydrogen sulfide;(4)After determining the optimum operating parameters and controlling factors for the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in the biological trickling filter tower and the spray scrubber tower,the study on the performance of the combined chemical and biological treatment process.Experimental results show:(1)In a sewage treatment plant in Suzhou,there was a serious area of malodor pollution,and the H2 S concentration between the grids was higher than that of NH3.Therefore,the concentration of H2 S between the grids should be the key control target in the future.The emission of H2 S and NH3 between the grids are characterized by summer,autumn high winter and low spring,showing obvious seasonal changes.The concentrations of H2 S and NH3 emitted between the grids increase as the temperature of the sewage increases.From the data analysis,we can see that H2 S and NH3 are basically not discharged between the grids when the sewage temperature is lower than 18 ? and 21.7 ?.Rainfall will have a certain impact on the concentration of odorous pollutants in the WWTP.Intermittent cycle operation of WWTP results in large fluctuation of odor concentration between grids.When H2 S concentration is much higher than shutdown during operation,it is suggested that the odor between coarse grids and fine grids should be collected after collection of odor during the design and treatment process Processing,both cost savings,but also to avoid the concentration fluctuations,the subsequent odor treatment caused some difficulty.(2)The removal rate of hydrogen sulfide from the biotrickling column decreases with the increase of the inlet gas concentration,and decreases with the increase of the inlet gas.Through the study on the operating conditions of the biotrickling filter tower,when the inlet air flow rate is 0.8m3 / h,the circulating water spray volume is 6L / h and the inlet air concentration is between 0~70mg / m3,Removal effect can reach more than 90%.The p H value of the circulating liquid is stable between 2.0 and 3.0.At this time,the reactor can have better treatment effect,so there is no need to adjust the circulating liquid p H value.The biotrickling filter column has a strong impact resistance load.When the air inlet load fluctuates in the range of 0-8400 mg / m3·h,the reactor has a better hydrogen sulfide removal effect.When the temperature is above 20 ?,the removal of hydrogen sulfide is not affected by temperature.Biological trickling filter tower in the operation process,SO42-concentration exceeds 7000 mg / L,the need to replace the circulating fluid.Simulating actual inlet concentration of hydrogen sulfide between grids of sewage treatment plant,the treatment efficiency of hydrogen sulfide between grids can be stabilized at above 91% when the biotrickling filter reactor is continuously operated.Through SEM and high-throughput sequencing analysis,the main part of dominant biomass was obtained,and the effect was obvious.The volcanic rock filler was suitable as filler for biological trickling filter tower.(3)The spray scrubber has a good treatment effect on the hydrogen sulfide gas at the outlet of the biological trickling filter tower.Based on the study on the operating parameters of the spray scrubber,when the spray density is 14.15m3 / m2·h,Hydrogen treatment best.At the same time,when the p H value of the absorption liquid is controlled to be above 11,the hydrogen sulfide can be completely absorbed by the reactor.(4)Through the combination of bio-chemical absorption process small test,the combination process can effectively deal with the hydrogen sulfide plant grid.
