Malodorous gases harmful to our life. This article uses the bio trickling filter tower with a typical stench of hydrogen sulfide gas,and the effects of the rate of another foul gas acetone gas of H2S removal. The main results are as follows:1)By the single factor method for getting the best growth conditions of desulphurization bacterium is pH=6,the rotate speed is 150 r·min-1,the temperature is30?.The exact optimal growth conditions by orthogonal experiment laboratory existing desulfurization bacteria was pH=6.5.The temperature is 32?,the rotate speed is 150r·min-1.2)The existing desulphurization strains and self cultivation broad-spectrum strains in the laboratory were hung on volcanic rock and silicon carbide filler respectively. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of bacteria and two kinds of fillers were investigated by single factor method. Results for the use of SiC filler, the purification efficiency of desulphurization strains was high. But the purification efficiency of broad-spectrum bacteria was high by using volcanic rock filler.3)In the basis of SiC filler and desulfurization bacteria,in the hydrogen sulfide concentration is in the range of 501200 mg·m-3.The residence time is greater than or equal to 30 s and the liquid pH value is 6.The spray rate was 6 L·h-1.The purification efficiency of biotrickling filter can reach 92.1%100%with hydrogen sulfide emission standards.4)In the H2S removal efficiency of 93.5%based on acetone gas from 100 mg·m-3 to350 mg·m-3range.The results show that a certain extent in acetone for hydrogen sulfide removal played a role in promoting the acetone gas removal efficiency increases with the increase of concentration.
