CNC turret punch is widely used in modern machining.Now,the high speed,high precision,energy saving and environmental protection has become a new trend.The main transmission mechanism of CNC turret punch has gradually changed from hydraulic to servo motor,so the main transmission mechanism is of great significance to study.At the same time,frame is the most basic part of punch press,its performance also has an important impact on the punch.In this paper,HPE-3048 CNC turret punch is the research object.The main transmission mechanism of punch is researched and the structure of the frame is optimized.The specific content is as follows:(1)The kinematics and dynamics of the main transmission slider crank mechanism is carried out,and the main transmission mechanism model is established in ADAMS.Then,according to the actual working condition,the motion characteristics and the inertia force of the mechanism are obtained by simulation.(2)Based on Hertz contact theory and Coulomb modified friction model,the dynamic model of the main drive mechanism with clearance is established in ADAMS.And through the joint simulation of ADAMS and ANSYS,the flexible body of link is established.Then,In order to improve the accuracy of the main transmission,the influence of rigid gap,flexible gap,different gap sizes and different speed of the movement characteristics are compared.(3)Based on HyperWorks,the finite element model of the frame is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the results of finite element modal analysis and the modal test.Then,in order to verify the static stiffness and strength,static analysis with different conditions is analyzed and the dangerous working condition is find out.(4)Transient analysis based on modal superposition method is conducted to check the dynamic stiffness and strength which helps find the weakness of the punch press.Dynamic characteristics of different motor positions are compared.At the same time through the analysis,the modal participation factor is got,which paves the way for the subsequent optimization.(5)Based on optistruct module,the topology optimization of punch press with three different conditions is carried out.The objective is minimum compliance index.According to the optimization results,the frame structure is remodeled.Then,based on HyperStudy,the sensitivity analysis of plate thickness is carried out,and the size optimization is completed.The results show that the new structure punch press has a great improvement on performance and the accuracy is improved.
