| Bisphenol F is an important new chemical raw material that is widely used in the preparation of low viscosity epoxy resin,flame retardant materials,phenolic resin modifier,stabilizer and liquid crystal molecular materials.However,the domestic research and synthesis of bisphenol F is still in its infancy,the demand for related products of bisphenol F mainly rely on imports.The catalytic activity of the catalyst is an important factor to restrict the industrialization production of bisphenol F.Herein,we are use montmorillonite and zirconium oxide chloride as raw materials to prepared a series of mesoporous materials by using ion exchange method and template method as the core technology.The relationship between structure and properties of the materials in the catalytic synthesis of bisphenol F was studied.Listed below are the main contents:(1)The Al pillared montmorillonite(Al-MMT)was prepared by ion exchange method with montmorillonite as raw material.The structure of catalyst was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and FI-IR.The acidity of the catalyst was determined by NH3-TPD and Py-1R;Al-MMT was used as catalyst to catalyze the synthesis of bisphenol F,and the effect of calcination temperature on catalytic activity was discussed.Finally,the conditions for the synthesis of bisphenol F were optimized.(2)Al-SPCs mesoporous materials were prepared by interlayer template method using montmorillonite as raw material and C12DMBACI as template;XRD,BET and TEM were used to characterize the interlayer spacing,specific surface area and pore structure of Al-SPCs,and the acidity and acid distribution of Al-SPCs were determined;Al-SPCs was used as catalyst for the catalytic synthesis of bisphenol F;In addition,the experimental cycles on the catalyst were tested to characterize the recovery of the catalysts,the reasons for the decline of Al-SPCs catalytic activity after recycling was explored.(3)Mesoporous structured SO4/ZrO2-X materials were prepared by using C12DMBACI as the template.SO4/ZrO2-X was used to catalyze the synthesis of bisphenol F,and the effects of reaction time and temperature on the yield and isomer distribution of bisphenol F were studied;In this paper,the formation path of three kinds of bisphenol F isomers of 2,4-,2,2-and 4,4-were studied.In addition,the reaction kinetics of bisphenol F catalyzed by SO4/ZrO2-X was simulated and measured.(4)Three kinds of(t-ZrO2,m-ZrO2,m,t-ZrO2)were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method and precipitation method respectively;The structure of catalysts was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and FI-IR.The acidity of NH3-TPD and Py-IR catalysts was determined by using the two zirconium oxide with different crystalline forms.The effect of the F catalyst on the catalytic synthesis of bisphenol F was investigated. |
