Study On The Individual Bra Pattern Of Young Women Based On Chest Characteristic Parameters

With the improvement of living standards,people are more and more demanding on the comfort and fit of clothing.Tailor-made clothing is widely used in the field of ready-to-wear clothing.As a necessary fitting for women’s clothing,the comfort and fit of the bra has received more and more attention in domestic.However,most bras in the existing market don’t match the wearer.From the perspective of the bra fitness,this paper analysis and summarizes the influencing factors of fitness,and makes a further research on the two influencing factors: the blurring of breast border,the matching of the bra cups and female breast,and then improve the fit of the bra pattern,has the vital significance to the bra customization.The main aspects are as follows:1.Selected 235 unpregnant young females aged 18-25 in East China as the experimental subjects,and obtained the anthropometric data of young women and the three-dimensional point cloud model of breast by three-dimensional anthropometric techniques.2.The breast boundary was defined and three-dimensional model of the breast was obtained.Breast boundaries were ascertained by determining the 8 point coordinates,7 auxiliary lines and the human curvature map,and the breast boundary was determined from “point-line-surface”.The three-dimensional model of breast was established based on the NURBS surface fitting by Geomagic software.3.The breast volume was obtained by reverse engineering,and the prediction model of breast volume was constructed by stepwise regression method,three characteristic parameters the horizontal cup length,the vertical cup length and the bust difference were proposed.4.According to a sample of 224 after eliminating abnormal of the bra size distribution was analyzed,and further changes of the maximum,minimum and mean values of different “shapes” were compared,qualitative analysis of the relationship between breast volume and bra size.5.13 chest characteristic parameters of young women were obtained from two aspects of breast size and breast shape,which are used to guide the bra pattern design.And the mapping relationship between the feature points of the chest,the characteristic parameters and the bra pattern was constructed.6.Obtained the individual bra pattern,8 experimenters were selected,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the fitness of the bra,which was obtained by the method based on the analytic hierarchy process,79 percent feel good.
