| With the development of science and technology,the laser technology will be used wildly in the 21st century,and more and more related researches have been done.As a new developing field,the investigation about optical limiting material and device has attracted the attention of scientists.G/Fe2O3 nanocomposite is composed of two kinds of material,which have shown huge potential.I fabricated the core-shell G/Fe2O3 nanocomposite and produced organic glass.I do many researches about nonlinear optics and the contents of the thesis are as followed:1.Synthesis of G/Fe2O3 nanocompositeFirstly,a warm water-bath method is used to fabricated G/FeOOH nanocomposite,after several attempts about the annealing temperature and time,the core-shell G/Fe2O3nanocomposite was successfully obtained.It is confirmed that its structure is perfect and it is made of G andγ-Fe2O3 by the SEM,TEM,XRD,XPS analysis.And it is also confirmed the direct of the research is correct.2.Synthesis of G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glassG/Fe2O3 was mixed with the MMA and catalyst for the preparation of organic glass by a casting method.And after liquid cooled down to room temperature,the G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glass was fabricated.The thickness of three kinds of organic glass is 1 mm that it is made in varying G/Fe2O3 nanocomposite proportions with excellent light transmittance.3.Research on the nonlinear optical properties of G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glassThe nonlinear absorption(NLA)properties of the G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glasses with different amount of G/Fe2O3 were investigated by an open-aperture Z-scan technique.The G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glasses exhibited different NLA properties dependent on the input energy.In the case of the lower input energy,the G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glasses exhibited saturable absorption(SA);however,if the input energy was increased,a changeover from SA to reverse saturable absorption(RSA)was observed.In addition,the linear absorption and NLA properties of the G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glasses could be controlled by adjusting the addition amount of G/Fe2O3 composites in PMMA.Moreover,the G/Fe2O3/PMMA organic glasses exhibited enhanced NLA properties compared to G/PMMA and other graphene-based organic glasses,which enhances their potential for applications in optical devices such as optical limiters and optical shutters. |
