As the processing equipment of the mould machining and the stone carving artwork machining,the five-axis carving and milling machine should have a higher requirement for the strength and stiffness of the whole machine.Combining with the situation at home and abroad,the five-axis carving and milling machine can be designed based on the requirement of the cooperation company.The machine structure is analyzed.And the structure of the five-axis carving and milling machine can be optimized designed reasonably in the use of the finite element analysis.In addition,the finite analysis technology and method would have a more detailed interpretation.The finite analysis has a more application in the engineering project,which can solve a more complex engineering analysis problem.The theory result can be as reference in the real design and it can provide more efficient and useful way in the scientific research and engineering analysis.Designing the more stable and accuracy machine will be a developmental trend combining with the experience design and finite analysis.And the way provides mind and method in the structure developed and the machine transformation.Firstly,the finite element analysis is introduced about the principle and the step of the calculation in the paper.Then grid division and the contact problem are explained in detail.Through the seamless connection between softwares we can put complex model into ANSYS,which can improve the work efficient.In addition,the model structure is introduced in detail in the optimization design.The machine vibration problem is analyzed combined with the theory of stability.We can make a structure optimization for the main structures such as the bed,the milling head shell,the beam,the support table and the worktable basing on the basic principle of the finite element analysis design.Secondly,the main structures will have an optimization design basing on the finite element analysis and other relevant methods.For example,the optimization project can be selected when the stress,the strain,the deformation and the frequency of modes have a best development from all the projects.Lastly,the whole machine should be analyzed about the statics and modes.Then the influence about the environment to the machine should be analyzed in the way of random vibration simulation basing on the technology of the probability statistics.In the process of the optimization of the structure design,some important methods have been introduced such as the contact technology of spot welding,the quality optimization module,the big deflection,the load of gravity,the load of some parts on the whole,which can improve the calculation accuracy and reduce the error.And the results are more fitness and higher accuracy in contrast of the real engineering.
