As the deepening of economic globalization, the growth of our economy and the increasing trade openness have been promoted.Meanwhile, the aggravating enviroment pollution also becomes the grim fact that we have to face.Nowadays,China is the largest developing country, carbon emissions have overtaken the United States as the largest emitter of the world. At the same time,as China's enviromental quality continues to decline, the scope of pollution involving also expand.Whether economically developed coastal areas or economically undeveloped inland areas, whether in resource-rich northern regions or resource-scarce southern regions.Enviromental pollution has become the problem for the economic and social sustainable development in the future. In addition,at the stage of China continue to deepen economic restructuring and open wider to the outside, trade has boomed. The import and export of goods has increased by dozens of times. As one of the sources of enviromental pollution, trade openness should be taken seriously.Under the guidance of the national 13th five-year ecological and enviromental protection plan,it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between trade and economic growth and carbon emission and propose policy proposals to promote win-win between trade and economic growth and ecological enviroment protection. At present, scholars at home and abroad have some shortcoming in the study of the relationship between trade openness and economic growth and carbon emission. Therefore, this paper based on the research experience of domestic and foreign scholars, further studies the relationship between the three.By distinguishing regional characteristics,it makes reasonable policy suggestions for coordinating the relationship between trade openness and economic growth and carbon emission. The paper is mainly consisting of five parts:the first part, introduction.Mainly introduces the research background and signification of this paper, and analyzes the related literatures at home and abroad, and gives a brief reiew. In addition, this part also expounds the research methods, innovation points and shortcoming of this paper. The second part, concept and correlation theory.A simple definition of trade openness and carbon emission, and the theory of the impact of trade liberalization on carbon emissions, including EKC hypothesis and pollution paradise hypothesis, the three effects of trade openness on carbon emission, global value chain effect externality theory, and analyzing the influence mechanism and providing theoretical support for the study of the paper. The third and fourth part is the main part of of this article. The third part, stsus analysis.Using the methods provided by the IPCC to collect the consumption of coal and oil and natural gas in the provinces and calculate the carbon emissions of the province in the country. On this basis, using per capita GDP and per capita carbon emissions as the measures, using SPSS to divide the provinces into five groups. Then, from the import and export trade scale, growth rate, trade openness, trade structure, economic aggregate, per capita GDP,total carbon emission, growth rate and per capita cabon emission to compares and analyses the development status of trade openness and carbon emission in the whole country and various groups, and makes a brief summary. The fourth part, emprical test and analysis.Based on the model of EKC curve,is the study of the panel model of the national and the various groups respectively. In addition, the empirical results are analyzed in detail to explain the role of trade openness and other variables in the process of carbon emission. The five parts, conclusion and policy proposal.According to the conclusion of the empirical analysis, combining the present situation of trade openness, economic growth and carbon emission give the following reasonable policy suggestions:Firstly,we will complement each other with advantanges and give full play to the advatanges of free trade area and ride the One Belt And One Road.Secondly,we will vigorously develop low-carbon trading industries.Third, improve trade structure.Fourth, moderate goverment regulation. The innovation points of this paper are as follows. In order to overcome"homogeneity" hypothesis, better to distinguish the EKC curve of the differences between provinces, and make the group more scientific and reasonable compared with grouped by region, this paper uses clustering analysis to the national provinces to group, have province that have similar level of economic development and emissions taken as a set.Meanwhile, this article introduce FDI,the proportion of heavy industry, human capital and r&d,resource endowment, government regulation,a proportion of energy as control variables,so to analysis how trade openness is combined with the controlling factors to influence the level of carbon emissions, and put forward reasonable suggestions. In addition, compared with previous scholars, this paper has a large range of data and comprehensive data.
