The construction industry is the pillar industry of our country's economy.During the years of reform and opening up,the construction industry has made a great contribution to China's economy.However,the construction industry's own high consumption,high pollution industry characteristics,but also had a negative impact.Therefore,the study of carbon emissions from construction industry is of practical significance.This paper starts with the influencing factors of carbon emission in construction industry.In this paper,STIRPAT model is used to decompose the carbon emission factors of construction industry.The impact factors of the construction industry carbon emissions are divided into four factors:population size,per capita disposable income,per residential construction area and urbanization rate.In the study of the choice of provinces,taking into account the concept of building thermal zoning,in order to eliminate the impact of different thermal zoning building energy efficiency design,select seven provinces in the hot summer and cold winter zone to study.The paper establishes a carbon emission assessment model of provincial construction industry,and forms a more scientific and simple evaluation method.The evaluation model is based on the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method,and the evaluation models based on two separate evaluation are established respectively.Using the idea of integration,the minimum variance method is used to integrate the two evaluation models,and the carbon emission evaluation model of industry based on the integrated analysis method is obtained.Thus,the integrated evaluation model is a combination of subjective and objective factors.AHP is a subjective evaluation method,so the evaluation model is also subjective.Entropy weight method is an objective evaluation method,so the evaluation model is more objective.The feasibility of the integration method is controlled by ex ante test and post test.The weight of the largest population index is the most important factor affecting the carbon emissions of the construction industry,followed by the impact of per capita disposable income.According to the established evaluation model,Jiangxi province has the highest score in the selected provinces;the evaluation scores in Hubei are the next;Jiangsu province has the lowest score in the evaluation model.
