In the work,beam pumping unit because of its own mechanical structure and the characteristics of the underground load instability,leading to its movement is more complex,which the motor used in energy-saving equipment has a relatively high demand,driving the motor is always in the drive-brake-drive cycle.In order to not reduce the power factor of the motor,energy-saving equipment must be based on real-time pumping unit operating state to control the pumping unit drive motor.It is because of the above-mentioned complex reasons,the site of energy-saving equipment is really able to meet specific local conditions for energy-saving control,energy-saving equipment manufacturers can not effectively persuade the oil field because that its energy-saving equipment is excellent performance.It can not be based on the actual situation of energy-saving equipment to make improvements.Therefore,great practical significance to develop an energy saving test system which can be applied to beam pumping unit.In this paper,the different energy-saving features of different energy-saving devices are studied in the course of different complex ground and underground environment.The purpose is to design the pumping unit which can simulate different pumping units in different working conditions.The load of the lower pumping unit and the analog load test stand are setting up.The simulated load and the energy consumption of the pumping unit under the energy-saving equipment are measured to achieve the purpose of real energy-saving detection of the energy-saving equipment.In this paper,firstly,by searching the typical pumping unit and understanding the relevant data of specific structure and well parameters,the power characteristic of the motor is simulated by MATLAB/Simulink,and the torque characteristic curve of the motor is obtained in one cycle.The actual data is compared to verify the correctness of the simulation model for the next PC to provide a theoretical basis for simulation of torque calculation.Secondly,according to the principle of pumping unit load simulation,it is combined with the mainstream of today's simulation load to select the integration program to design the experimental test of the overall system program,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the program characteristics.Thirdly,combined with the overall design of the system and the overall functional requirements,the hardware circuit and software program of the system are designed and written in detail.The hardware circuit mainly includes the minimum system circuit,the voltage detection circuit,the current detection circuit,the communication circuit and the driving circuit.The software programming mainly includes the preparation and test of the host computer,the simulation and test of the PID control algorithm.Finally,based on the above work,the related test is carried out by the host computer,the test data is recorded,and the measured data are analyzed to validate the effectiveness of the energy saving test system.
