| In pace with the scientific and technological,economic and cultural living standards improving,"Natural and green" has gradually become the current consumption concept of mainstream society.Tea has attracted worldwide attention due to its natural,nutrition,health care characteristics.Multi-active ingredients of tea has excellent bacteriostasis、anti-oxidation and other functions.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars use tea active ingredients such as tea polyphenols,theaflavins,tea saponins to prevent and control the pathogenic microorganisms.And certain progress has been made in this field.But it has been rarely reported about the antimicrobial properties of multiple tea active ingredients and apply it to the antibacterial daily product.In this paper,the bacteriostatic properties of tea polyphenols and tea saponins,the minimal inhibitory concentration,as well as the optimum composited ratio were determined by using E.coli as the tested species.Then the optimum formulation and preparation process of tea active ingredient antimicrobial hand sanitizer were determined by orthogonal test.Finally,the paper systematically evaluating the function of antibacterial hand sanitizer prepared in our study from the aspect of sensory quality,physical and chemical properties,antibacterial effect,stability.Besides,this product and related hand-washing liquid products also be compared and analyzed.The main contents and conclusions of this work are listed as follows:(1)The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of tea polyphenols and tea saponins was determined by paper agar diffusion method.And the antimicrobial effect of tea polyphenols and tea saponin on Escherichia coli was optimized.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of tea polyphenols to E.coli was 10 mg/ml.With the increase of tea polyphenols concentration,the inhibitory effect on E.coli was enhanced.The minimum inhibitory concentration of Tea saponin to E.coli was 80 mg/ml.In the experimental concentration,the inhibitory effect of10mg/ml tea polyphenols and 80mg/ml tea saponin compound is most obvious.(2)The research and development of the tea active ingredient compatibility antimicrobial hand sanitizer was carried out through the orthogonal experiment.The antimicrobial effect of tea polyphenols and tea saponins was studied in this paper.The optimum composition of antimicrobials was determined as follows: 20%(wt%)mixed potassium oleate,9% propylene glycol,2% NaCl,12%tea polyphenols and tea saponin,0.2% citric acid,0.1% tea flavor and deionized water.(3)The tea active ingredients antimicrobial hand sanitizer prepared in this paper was evaluated comprehensively from the aspects of sensory quality,foaming,bacteriostasis,stability,skin cleanness and user experience,etc..Moreover,the paper comparing the function of this product with related hand-washing liquid products on our market.The results showed that the foam stability of tea-containing antibacterial hand-washing liquid was higher than that of the other two commercial hand-washing liquid.The tea-containing antimicrobial hand sanitizer has good bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli,and its antibacterial effect is greater than that of commercial ordinary handsanitizer,but higher than that of commercial antibacterial hand sanitizer. |
