In spinning machinery,spindle is an important part of spinning equipment.The structure of the spindle is complex.The coordination of each component on the spindle has an important influence on the dynamic performance index of the spindle.The dynamics of spindle can also directly affect the quality of textile yarn,and also on the environment of the textile workshop and the health of the operating workers.The performance of the spindle can also reflect the level of the development of the national textile equipment.Therefore,the study of the comprehensive performance test rig for spinning spindles is of great practical significance.First of all,the structural characteristics of spindle and the main factors that affect the comprehensive performance of spindle are introduced in detail.Aiming at the particularity of spindles,a comprehensive performance detection system for high-speed spindles based on LABVIEW is developed in this paper.The test bed for measuring the characteristics of high speed spinning spindle is composed of hardware,marble platform and operation software.The hardware mainly consists of laser displacement sensor,temperature sensor,noise sensor,servo motor and so on.The operating platform is composed of three pieces of non contact marble.The software of this system is a virtual instrument.Software development is mainly composed of sensor acquisition module,servo motor control module,data storage module and so on.Because the software based on virtual instrument has the characteristics of lower price and easy to operate than traditional instruments,the virtual instrument has a broad application prospect in many fields,such as sensor detection.Secondly,the test experiment is carried out on the spindle with the test platform,including the experimental test on the comprehensive characteristics of the YD5000 spindle spindle,and the analysis of the experimental data to verify the reliability of the testing platform,and the effects of two different tensioning methods on the spindle vibration and noise are analyzed by the experiment.The way to get the better way is to find out which way is more suitable.The comprehensive experimental platform designed in this paper can meet the test requirements of the spindle for enterprises,and provide an experimental platform for the development of new high-speed spindles.Finally,the research contents of the high-speed spinning spindle integrated test platform are summarized,and the future development of the test platform is prospected.
