As China's steel industry expands year by year,steel production continues to rise.The demand for iron concentrate in blast furnace smelting is increasing,and the demand for quality is higher and higher.Iron mine is faced with great opportunities and challenges.The residual inhibitor-starch in iron concentrate after mineral processing.At present,the measures taken are all before the filtration of dehydration,and the acidification of the iron ore pulp to pH=7 and then dehydrated by the filter before it is acidified by industrial-grade concentrated sulfuric acid or waste concentrated sulfuric acid.In the application,there are problems such as transportation,equipment corrosion and acidification cost.In this paper,the acid gas is used to replace the concentrated sulfuric acid and acidified iron ore pulp.The acidic gas bubbled into pH=12.0 reverse flotation pulp,can be neutralized slurry residue of NaOH and Ca?OH?2,make pulp acidity rose to pH=8,starch under the acidity can acid solution for smaller degree of polymerization of starch molecules,improve pulp filtration dehydration performance.Simulated coal smoke CO2:N2 was 1:9,which changed the different amount of ventilation.Through the experiment,it was concluded that the optimal gas flow rate of acidification of iron concentrate was 80ml/min.The distribution of various ions in different PH solutions was calculated by calculation of the gas CO2 and SO2 acidified iron concentrate.Coal-fired flue gas of sulfuric acid and laboratory simulation of iron essence pulp acid to pH of 8,at the same temperature,the filter cloth of double and single filter cloth,filter cloth respectively by comparison with constant pressure filter plate and frame type pulp and simulation of concentrated sulfuric acid acidification iron essence of coal-fired flue gas acidification of iron essence pulp,In the pressure of 0.03 MPa,0.05 MPa,0.07 MPa,comparing two acidic pulp filtration performance,it is concluded that coal smoke acidification iron essence pulp under different pressure,under the condition of high temperature of 4?,filtration rate higher than that of sulfuric acid acidification iron essence pulp,pulp of coal-fired flue gas acidification iron essence is feasible.Reference on the basis of the above experiment,LAN county iron ore a year of acidification iron essence of pulp,pulp concentration,unit volume of gas content in the pulp,for pulp reaction equipment of coal-fired flue gas acidification iron essence for basic design.The acidizing equipment of this project USES the bubbling tower,the initial design is15.42m,and the slurry mixing tank with 12.6m width is used as the absorption equipment,which has the dual function of acidizing and stirring.The process flow chart and acidizing tower of acidified iron ore were designed.width is used as the absorption equipment,which has the dual function of acidizing and stirring.Design of process flow chart of iron concentrate slurry for coal-fired flue gas.
