In the field of cutting,the cutting vibration of tool seriously affects the surface quality of the machined parts,especially in precision holes and deep hole machining.At the same time,this phenomenon is particularly serious because of the low rigidity caused by the excessive aspect ratio of the machining tool.The ordinary boring tool is difficult to guarantee processing requirements.Therefore,it is a great significance to study large-diameter ratio compound vibration boring tool.This article is aimed at the chatter problem that is easy to occur in the boring process,and the precision of the hole processing quality caused by the low aspect ratio tool rigidity is difficult to guarantee such processing problems,a combination of magnetorheological damping and particle damper damping is proposed in the large aspect ratio file.Not only energy can be consumed by the collision between the damping particles and the cavity,But It is also possible to use magneto-rheological damping to change the natural frequency of the compound vibration-reducing boring knife in real time to suppress the occurrence of chatter in the boring process and achieve the purpose of reducethe vibration.The flutter mechanism of composite vibration burrs was analyzesed firstly in this paper,a dynamic vibration model of composite vibration boring tool was established,the effect of system stiffness,damping,and natural frequency on the boring stability of the system was obtained.Then Based on orthogonal experiments,The magneto-rheological damper system was simulated and optimized by ANSYS magnetic circuit.The damping parameters of particle damper were determined by hammering test and cutting force experiment,and a composite vibration-reducing file was designed.Secondly,the dynamics simulation was performed by ANSYS to verify its good vibration suppression and regulation.Finally,Simulink softwarewas used to simulate its dynamic equations to further verify its good vibration suppression and real-time control,providing a basis for further theoretical research and practical application of composite vibration boring tools.
