Study On The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste Based On PPP Model

Nowadays,rural development and rural living environment are important issues of national and government concern.In terms of rural residential environment,the most important thing is to solve the problem of garbage management in rural areas^[1].Based on PPP mode,this paper USES literature analysis,data analysis and field investigation to study these problems.This paper is a multiple of Taizhou of Jiangsu province countryside,for example,to investigate,from the aspects of government,village committee and villagers to the rural living garbage management current situation analysis,then combine the characteristics of PPP mode,to our country rural living garbage management aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for our country rural garbage management projects,improve the rural villagers’living environment.This paper is divided into six parts,the first is the research background significance,the research method and the domestic and foreign research status of the relevant overview;The second part is about the related concepts in this paper;The third part analyzes the feasibility of applying PPP mode to rural waste management.The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the existing situation of rural waste management in Taizhou city of Jiangsu province.The fifth part is based on the PPP mode,and puts forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures from the government,village committee and villagers.The sixth part is a summary of this paper,using the PPP mode to analyze and study the rural waste management.This paper studies the mother is learned that the PPP model is applied to the feasibility of the rural living garbage management,and combining the condition of Taizhou of Jiangsu province countryside more rural garbage management,put forward the corresponding strategies,bringing help to our country rural living garbage management programs.
