| In order to promote the development of teachers in the new era and accelerate the modernization of education,teachers will be the main body and main force to undertake the task.We should not only understand the attitude of teachers to their profession,but also the attitude of college students who want to become teachers in the future.According to the instructions from the Ministry of education,for college students who love the cause of education,education is no longer limited to normal majors,but also encourages non normal students to obtain teacher qualification certificate through the examination.The degree of professional identity of teachers will not only affect the career choice of college students,but also affect their ability to devote themselves to teaching after graduation and become a highly qualified and professional teacher.In this study,students from four local universities in shaanxi province were taken as samples to investigate the status and influence factors of their professional identity.On the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature,draw lessons from the related research,the author wrote the the discipline of local university chemistry student teachers’ professional identity questionnaire and the discipline of local university chemistry student teachers’ professional identity factors questionnaire,the local high school chemistry discipline students of teachers’ professional identity is divided into professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional expectations,professional behavior and so on five dimensions;The influencing factors were analyzed from the aspects of individual,family,school and national policy.Several chemistry students were interviewed.The results show that:(1)The overall level of teachers’ professional identity of students in the chemistry discipline of local universities is moderate;(2)The teachers’ professional identity of chemistry discipline students exists significant differences in gender,grade,and there is no significant difference in the registered residence location,specialty,family monthly income;(3)Girl’s overall level of teachers’ professional identity is higher than boys,in every dimension of professional identity is significantly higher than boys;(4)In the aspect of grade,identity difference is mainly reflected in the three dimensions of professional cognition,professional emotion and professional behavior,and the overall level of teachers’ professional identity is lower in sophomore student;(5)Students from rural areas have higher career expectations;(6)Compared with non-normal students,the career expectations of normal students are higher.According to the research results,this paper analyzes and puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Improving the social status and economic treatment of teachers;(2)Strengthen individual career planning;(3)For the normal education students,guide students’ psychological state reasonably;(4)Strengthen the relevant learning and education practice for non-normal students. |
