Study On The Influence Of Environmental Regulation On Technological Innovation Of Large And Medium Industrial Enterprises In Fujian Province

As the ecological environment has been severely damaged,natural resources have been excessively consumed,environmental protection issues have become more and more concerned by the people and the government.The problem of environmental pollution control simply relying on the adjustment mechanism of the market mechanism is far from enough.The government urgently needs to introduce relevant regulatory policies to make up for the inadequacies of the market mechanism,and thus promote the development of green economy and circular economy.Under the dual pressures of environmental constraints and economic restructuring,technological innovation has become a decisive factor in achieving "win-win" for the environment and economy.Now that the economic development model is different from the traditional economy,the traditional economic development is more dependent on the mobilization of human resources and capital investment.Now,the internal driving factor of the economy is technological innovation.Technological innovation will not only promote sustainable economic growth,but also contribute to the protection of the environment.It is an effective way to achieve both environmental protection and economic development.After combing and analyzing relevant literatures on the definition of environmental regulation and technological innovation concepts and impact relationships at home and abroad,this article first introduced the development process of environmental regulation in detail,analyzed the current situation of environmental regulation and technological innovation in Fujian Province,and summarized the The current problems,secondly,discuss the impact mechanism between environmental regulation and technological innovation from a theoretical perspective.Environmental regulation will not only have a direct impact on the level of technological innovation of enterprises,but also through the scale of enterprises,corporate profits,human capital,foreign direct Investment and industrial structure have indirect effects on the technological innovation of enterprises.Thirdly,this paper selects panel data of 33 industrial industries in Fujian Province,and uses GMM method to conduct empirical research on the relationship between environmental regulation and the level of corporate technological innovation.The results show that with the continuous strengthening of environmental regulation,the level of technological innovation of industrial enterprises is presented.Drop first and thenincrease the "U" trend.Then,based on the regional differences,this article empirically studies the relationship between the nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian Province.The study finds that:overall,it confirms the results of an empirical study of industry panel data.The increase in the intensity of environmental regulations showed a downward trend and then a rising trend.However,the level of technological innovation of enterprises in the nine prefecture-level cities across the province had a different response to the impact of environmental regulation.Finally,this paper puts forward policy recommendations for the coordinated development of the two from the three levels of business,regional and government.
