| Coiled tubing sidetracking is a new drilling technology which combines not only many advantages of coiled tubing drilling,but also the important role of sidetracking techics.It is a low cost,high efficiency drilling technology,which can gives investors a significant income,and will become an important means for well network improvement and production capacity increase.Firstly,in this paper,establishes the mechanical model of cantilever beam,based on the vertical and horizontal bending theory.According to the above models and corner equation of multi span beam,establishes the vertical and horizontal bending model of the torsional and anti abrasion type drilling string.Analses the lateral force distribution law and the corner change regulation of the experimental tool set with single angle whipstock.Then,according to the downhole operation environment,the strength requirements of the tool and the fluid circulation requirements and so on,designes the coiled tubing sidetracking field tools combination,and combination of simulation test tools.By analyzing the shape of the window,to optimize the guiding incline design;Moreover,by analyzing the sealing,clamping structure,to optimize the design of sit down short.In addition,by modify the optimization formula of sidetracking progress,to improve the mechanical parameters and hydraulic parameters of coiled tubing sidetracking.Finally,conducts a simulated mechanical experiment with coiled tube,through the design of related tools and processes.Analyses the mechanical properties of downhole tools in coiled tubing sidetracking operation.Besides,to guide the design of the test instrument and the improvement of the trail. |
